Hello Everyone! I have neglected to post very much on here since I made the site, due to being overly busy. I am hoping to start keeping up on it more! I have recently posted some items that are great DIY items to make for AG dolls, and they are in the DIY AG Doll Item page! Check them out when you have time! If you have any questions on how to make the items, feel free to comment below or send an email! Thanks!
As I have been gathering ideas and supplies to make things for my daughter's AG doll house, I also have come across places that have things that are the perfect size for these dolls. Recently I ordered some things from Oriental Trader for our Groundhog Day Display in our Holiday Display Cabinet. When my package came, they had included a couple magazines with the order. I had only looked for the items I ordered online, so did not know all of the different things they had. Come to find out, Oriental Trader has some great things that would work for AG Doll houses! I have been planning on making a mailbox for Musique's doll house. Just needed to find a small mailbox, and I would make the base and decorate it. Well, as I was flipping through Oriental Trader Magazine, low and behold, there were miniature mailboxes! Super cheap, and super cute! They will work perfect! They also have miniature bowling sets, and even little trophies. There are so many things to choose from that would work perfect in the doll houses. If you haven't taken the time to go to Oriental Trading.com, make time. You will be glad you did!
Hello Everyone, this is my first post on this blog. I will start by thanking everyone that takes the time to visit. I have posted a gallery of pictures of the American Girl Doll House, furniture, and accessories we made for my daughter, Musique. This is posted on the Home Page. Please feel free to let me know what you think! Thanks! :)
Hello, My name is Misti and I am a mother of a beautiful little girl named Musique. She has begun her journey in collecting American Girl Dolls, and I have begun my journey in helping her! I turned a walk in closet room (8ft x 12 ft room) in my house into a life sized walk in American Girl Doll house. With the help of my parents, we all three pitched in and tried to make as many of the items homemade as possible. It was truly an interesting experience! My hope is that this blog will give you all ideas on making things for your own child's doll house and inspire you to do so!
